Mel Bustos

Mel has a tremendous passion for impacting and pouring into others.  Being the Director of New Agent Development here at Monument Realty, she believes in building a strong foundation for new agents that will result in a long-lasting career.  Mel has 20 years of experience in building teams, developing careers, and impacting lives that produce results in business and personal growth.  Her belief in "Trusting the Process" is our program's training mantra. Mel's goal is not only to help others overcome obstacles, but also to empower a positive mindset change.

During her downtime, you can find her exploring the city by trying new restaurants, checking out the sights, and spending time with her two beautiful daughters.
