Monument Announces Hire of Debbie Viverito as Senior Recruiter

Frisco, TX Nov. 10th- Monument Realty is excited to announce our new Senior Recruiter, Debbie Viverito!

Viverito joins us with an impressive resume, most recently spending 11 years as the Director of Recruiting at JPAR Real Estate. During her tenure, she recruited agents all over Dallas Fort Worth along with opening new markets in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. She was instrumental in recruitment training for 27 nationwide JPAR franchises and hired thousands of REALTORS® during that time. Prior to recruiting, Debbie was an agent herself winning “Rookie of the Year”, “MVP”, and “Leader of the Year,” among other awards.

Debbie was attracted to Monument because of the company's 'family feel' and 'impressive reputation and branding.' She noted that joining Monument became a no-brainer when she realized the true care and commitment the company has for its agents beyond their professional success.
